NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds of any kind. All extension purchases are FINAL sale. All price quotes on ANY service are valid up to 30 days and then price is subject to change. Extension clients have 1 week from install date to let us know if your extensions need to be replaced.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS: If you do not contact the salon to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
